Terms & payment policy

The Research Thinking Program is offered by JUKU Learning Technologies Pvt Ltd, IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai. These program terms describe your enrollment and payments.

Your program

The program runs for two years across four six-month levels, with four hands-on projects and level certificates. Your cohort determines level progression. The Level 4 certificate and recommendation depend on performance. Session scheduling and cohort assignment are communicated by the JUKU team.

Recurring payments

Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly for 24 payments. Six-month subscriptions are billed every six months for 4 payments. The applicable amount and schedule appear before you authorize payment through Razorpay. Your subscription keeps the price agreed at checkout; later pricing changes apply to new subscriptions.

Refunds and cancellation

All payments are non-refundable. To request cancellation of future recurring payments, call +91 7048741184. JUKU handles cancellation requests. You can review your subscription status and paid period in your portal.

Your account

Use an email address you control and provide accurate contact and university details. A university code grants access to the affiliated pricing available for that university. Keep your password private. Your account credentials are emailed after successful enrollment, and you must set a personal password at first login.
